HOW TO CONSIGN?

You can BFly in Seven Simple Steps:

1. Clean out your closet and select your best, pre-loved pieces.

2. Give each pre-loved piece the “BFly Test”, by asking yourself, “Why am I consigning this item?”

 Acceptable BFly Answers- “I love it, but…


... My lifestyle has changed and I will probably never wear it again.”

... It’s too small or too big, and does not fit well anymore.”

... I’ve had it for a year and the tags are still on it.”
Unacceptable BFly Answers-  (Please be honest with yourself, Ladies.)


“It’s worn out or needs repair (broken zipper, stained, ripped, faded, etc.).”

“It is out of style or dated (more than 3 years old or bought before 2008).”

“I've had it in my garage for 10 years and what to get rid of it.”


3. Review the "Labels We Love".

Please note we do not accept knockoffs or counterfeit items.  Please verify authenticity before bringing in your items if you received the items as a gift or purchased the items on ebay/online and are unsure.  We do not accept sleepwear, intimates, or bridal wear - We reserve the right to decline other items at our discretion based on our current supply and demand.

4. Make your BFly Consignment Appointment (317-594-0000).

     a. Review the BFly Consignment Agreement thoroughly.

     b. Print, sign and bring the agreement in with you to your appointment. 

5. Bring in at least 5 items (clothing on hangers) to open your BFly Consignor account.

     a. Inquire about the Share the Love Program, which donates your proceeds to a charity.

     b. Allow 60 days while your items are in the consignment process.

6. Use your BFly store credit to "Shop for Free" or Pickup your BFly Check (after the 15th of each month).

7. Schedule a time to pickup your unsold items no later than 2 days of the expiration date or leave them (unclaimed items become store property and may be clearanced, donated to charity, or otherwise liquidated).
